A 5S home audit is a structured self-assessment based on the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). You rate your home across 15 statements to score each phase and identify where to focus your organisation efforts.

What do the 5S phases mean at home?

Sort (整理) means keeping only what you need. Set in Order (整頓) means giving everything a designated place. Shine (清掃) means regular cleaning and tidying. Standardize (清潔) means consistent shared routines. Sustain (躾) means maintaining good habits over time.

What score should I aim for?

A score of 70–80% (B+ to A) indicates a well-organised home. Scores below 60% suggest there's meaningful room for improvement in at least one phase. The audit identifies which phase to focus on first.
