Common questions

I paid on one device — how do I unlock on another?

Open the app, tap the paywall from Settings, and tap Restore purchase. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID, your unlock transfers automatically. No account needed.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Calmer Home purchase, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.

Is this a subscription?

No. Calmer Home is a one-time purchase. Pay once, yours forever, on every device you sign into with the same Apple ID.

The app is stuck or crashed — what should I do?

Force-quit the app and reopen it. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when it froze. We'll investigate and push a fix.

Where is my data stored?

Your rooms, tasks, and progress are stored locally on your device. We don't operate servers that store your personal activity. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I reset or delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Reset. This clears all rooms and progress on the current device. Because everything is stored locally, no further action is needed.
